David Darbone is the President of Grand Oaks,
Inc. (General Contractor). David worked for
PPG Industries for 17 years until 1995. At that time he became a Principal
Consultant for Behavior Science Technology, Inc. David worked there for 8
years before resigning to focus his attention full time to Grand Oaks, Inc. He is the president for the local Home Builders Association, board member
for the Louisiana Association of Home Builders, member of the Lake Charles
Kiwanis North, and ACT. He is married to Camille Darbone and attends St. Martin Deporres Catholic Church where
he is a member of St. Peter Claver, a lector, and an usher.

Harry Hank
is a native of
Kentucky,
but he has resided in
Lake Charles
,
LA
,
since 1971. He earned a BS in Chemical Engineering at the Missouri School of
Mines and Metallurgy. Harry retired from PPG Industries in 1998 after 37 years
of service. He retired as Works Manager of the
Lake Charles
facility. Harry has been actively involved in community service both before and
since his retirement.

Stephen Hebert started his working career in 1970 with “3001” the Geospatial Company. Stephen was named as a Director of “3001” in 2001 and in 2004, he was named President. He managed the first federally funded countrywide GIS programs for property ownership mapping, which included one of the first commercial applications of Global Positioning System (GPS) surveying. He also managed the first all digital, comprehensive river charting project for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the first statewide digital orthophotography mission for the U.S. Geological Survey and the State of Louisiana. In the late nineties, Mr. Hebert implemented a newly designed airborne Light Detection and Ranging (LIDAR) sensor created for 3001, and supervised 3001’s pioneering efforts in the market of digital photogrammetric mapping cameras.

Fred Godwin is a Retired District Judge from the 14th Judicial District Court,
Calcasieu Parish, where he served twelve years. He was President of the Board
for two years during his first term from 2003-2005 and currently is serving
a second term of four years. He has other public service experience as a Calcasieu
Parish Police Juror and as a member of the Lake Charles Regional Airport Board.
Godwin had a general law practice for thirty-one years with emphasis on civil
litigation and during eighteen of those years was also a businessman with co-ownership
of three fast service food restaurants in the Lake Charles area. He was honorably
discharged as a Captain from the U.S. Army Military Police Corps Reserve and
served two active duty stints totaling almost two years.

Wade
Shaddock, a Lake Charles native, is a West Point graduate who also has a
Masters Degree in Political Science from Kansas University. Service of 27 years
in the Army was followed by work at Powell Lumber Company, where he was a
Senior Vice President. In 1993 he was appointed as a
Director/Trustee at The H. C. Drew Estate. Wade has served on the Louisiana
State Board of Commerce and Industry, the Lake Charles Civil Service Board,
and in numerous civic and service organizations.

Mark Abraham graduated from Louisiana State University with a BS degree in Accounting. He and his wife, Gina, have three children. He has served on various civic boards in the community and was past president of the Board and Lake Charles City Council. He currently operates several businesses including Cajun food manufacturing, shrimp processing and mini storage properties. Two of the companies, Gulf Island Shrimp and French Market Foods are in the top 50 privately held businesses in southwest Louisiana .

Kay
C. Barnett is the Executive Director of Development for the CHRISTUS
St. Patrick Hospital Foundation. Barnett, a seasoned development professional,
promotes the image, utilization and development of the fund raising and
volunteer programs of the newly formed CHRISTUS St. Patrick Hospital Foundation.
She also oversees all philanthropic efforts at CHRSITUS St. Patrick Hospital. She has an extensive list of
community service and volunteerism accomplishments including coordinator of the
Shiver Me Timbers Millennium Park, Executive Committee member of the Council
for A Better Louisiana, President of the Junior League of Lake Charles, Inc.
(1996-1997), Family Foundation of Southwest Louisiana Chairman, Family and Youth
Counseling Agency Board of Directors member, member
of the Lake Charles Symphony Board of Directors, American Heart Association Heart
Gala Chairman (2001), 21st Century Community Learning Center Advisory Board Member
and the Salvation Army Board of Directors just to name a few.
